Fulfilment

We can offer:

A pick-and-pack operation for an infinite number of items. These can be poly-bagged, shrink-wrapped, cartonned or enveloped, then despatched either on our mailing/carrier accounts or using your own account.
Mailing solutions that include First/Second class post, Packet Post, Airmail, Surface Mail, Mailsort, Presstream and M Bag. We have the ability to Mailsort data and produce either mailing labels or carrier sheets.
A fully personalised mailing service.
To take your raw data and transform it into Invoices, Statements or BACS advice notifications. Envelopes or carrier sheets can be customised to suit your needs. We remain fully conversant with the current mail criteria.
Where necessary, customised Access databases allow full visibility of pick-and-pack operations which, in turn, provide electronic data to you of the number of items delivered at each location.

Warehousing

We have warehousing facilities that include loading and unloading of palletised shipments. Purpose-built racking ensures safe storage and barcode technology provides fast identification and location of all goods. Total warehousing space is approximately 2500 square metres.

Distribution

Throughout the UK and continental Europe, Page Bros operates its own fleet of trucks which are capable of being tracked at all times. There is a daily service to the London area. When necessary trucks of up to 44 tonnes are available, and we have accounts with all the major international carriers. We provide timed deliveries to most major cities worldwide.

As part of our distribution services, we can give you the ability to print and despatch personalised mass-market mailings using Variable data Intelligent PostScript Printware (VIPP). This is a method to personalise and identify uniquely every single item of a print run.

Variable mail-merging (a simple example - in the UK the postcode appears after the city; on the continent the postcode often appears before the city; VIPP handles this automatically).
Very high-run mass mailings, many more than a normal mail-merge program can handle.
Unique numbering for tracking and data collection (eg, for data needed by medical research units).
Multi-format input - spreadsheets, databases and delimited files. Input from spreadsheets can, for example, facilitate the rapid production of high volumes of invoices and statements.
